1.1 What is personal data
Personal data is information that reveals, or could reveal, the identity of the user. We adhere to the principle of data minimisation. As far as possible, we refrain from collecting personal data.

1.2 Handling of personal data
Personal data is used exclusively for establishing, defining the content of, performing or processing the contractual relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Beyond that, personal data is only processed if we have obtained your consent to do so (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). As a rule, it is not passed on to third parties. Your personal data is processed exclusively within the EU, unless stated otherwise below.

This usage data is not linked to any of your other personal data.

Registration is required to make full use of our website's features. Registration data is collected from your corresponding entries and used for the specific purpose stated, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

1.5 Storage period
After the purpose for which the data was collected has been fulfilled, we store your personal data only for as long as required under statutory provisions (in particular tax law).

2. Your rights

2.1 Right to information
You may request confirmation from us as to whether we process personal data concerning you, and where that is the case, you have a right to access that personal data and the further information listed in Art. 15 GDPR.

2.2 Right to rectification
You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected, and pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR you may request that incomplete personal data be completed.

2.3 Right to erasure
You have the right to request that we erase your personal data without undue delay. We are obliged to erase it without undue delay, in particular where one of the following applies:
•    Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
•    You withdraw the consent on which the processing of your data was based, and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
•    Your data was processed unlawfully.
The right to erasure does not apply where your personal data is required for the assertion, exercise or defence of our legal claims.

2.4 Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data if
•    you contest the accuracy of the data, for the period enabling us to verify its accuracy,
•    the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the data and request the restriction of its use instead,
•    we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims,
•    you have objected to the processing of your data, pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override yours.
2.5 Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from us, provided the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means.

2.6 Right of withdrawal
Where the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

2.7 General information and right to lodge a complaint

3. Data security

3.1 Data security
All data on our website is protected against loss, destruction, unauthorised access, alteration and disclosure through technical and organisational measures.

3.2 Sessions and cookies
To operate the website, we may use cookies or server-side sessions in which data can be stored. Cookies are files placed on your hard drive by a website so that it can automatically recognise your computer the next time you visit and tailor the use of the website to you accordingly. Some of the cookies used are deleted again once the browser session ends. These are known as session cookies. Other cookies remain on your device and allow the browser to be recognised on a later visit to our website (persistent cookies). You can set your browser so that you are informed whenever cookies are set and can decide individually whether to accept them, or you can exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or altogether. Please note that you may not be able to use some functions of this website if cookies are disabled. We ensure that no personal data from sessions or cookies is retained beyond what is technically required for the website, and that cookies are only used where technically necessary for the website. On balance, this means that no overriding interests of yours stand in the way (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

These social media platforms may process personal data outside the EU; in this respect we refer to the privacy policies of the social media platforms listed above.
The respective social media platforms may create usage profiles based on your usage behaviour and the interests derived from your actions, and may store cookies on your device in which your usage behaviour is recorded. If you have an account with the respective social media platform and are logged in, your usage behaviour may even be recorded across devices. Your usage profile may be used, for example, to place advertisements presumed to match your interests.

We process personal data exclusively to communicate with you via the social media platform you have chosen and to optimise our presence there, and we ensure that no interests of yours are affected that would override this legitimate interest of ours (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where you have already given the respective operator of the social media platform valid consent for the corresponding data processing, the processing of your personal data is also carried out on the basis of that consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Third-party services

5.1 Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps, a mapping service provided by Google, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google"). When Google Maps is used, data on visitors' use of the Maps functions is also collected, processed and used. Cookies are used when AddToAny is used. The data generated in the process (such as the time of use or browser language) is transmitted to AddToAny and processed there. Using the cookie distributed for this purpose, AddToAny can track which other pages with the AddToAny plugin and which social media services you visit. However, as the provider of this website, we have no knowledge of the content of the data collected independently by AddToAny, nor of its actual use by AddToAny. We also have no access to this data. If you do not want AddToAny to be able to link your visit to our pages to your respective user account, please make sure to log out of your social media accounts and delete the cookies assigned by AddToAny. Please note that you have the option of installing a tool that prevents the AddToAny plugin from being loaded.
